Across the road from Dentist, Gaisano's mall & MacDonalds. Many more local food eatery's close. 10 peso coffee vending machine @ bakery next door, which is also a place where I regularly meet friendly locals. I'm staying a couple of weeks.

one thing I’d like with this property is opposite to the big Mall and easy to access in terms of public transport.
